MAN: Hi! I really like this picture. Who’s that?

WOMAN: That girl? She’s next to the open door …

MAN: Yes. She’s coming in from the garden.

WOMAN: Oh, that’s Alice.

MAN: Alice? What a nice name.

Can you see the line? This is an example. Now you listen and draw lines.

WOMAN: Can you see the boy with the drinks?

MAN: Yes! What’s his name?

WOMAN: His name’s Tom. Tom’s wearing his new jeans!

MAN: They’re really cool!

MAN: And who’s that? The girl on the sofa?

WOMAN: The one with the tablet in her hands?

MAN: Yes.

WOMAN: Her name’s Eva. Eva’s reading a scary story.

MAN: Oh!

WOMAN: And there’s Matt. He loves tennis.

MAN: Is he the boy with the tennis racket in his hand?

WOMAN: That’s right. That’s Matt.

MAN: Does he play with his friends?

WOMAN: Yes. At the park.

MAN: And who’s that? The person in the photo on the wall?

WOMAN: That’s the children’s grandfather.

MAN: Oh! And what’s his name?

WOMAN: His name’s Dan. It’s a fantastic photo of Dan …

MAN: Yes, it is.

MAN: And who’s that child? The one on the floor?

WOMAN: The girl with the board game? That’s Jill.

MAN: She’s got really long hair!

WOMAN: Yes, she has. And she’s having lots of fun!

BOY: I play with my friend. His name’s Mark.

BOY: Yes, that’s right.

WOMAN: Yes! You can have some peas with those, too.

BOY: Good! And have we got some apple pie?

WOMAN: No, sorry! But you can have some ice cream.

BOY: Great!

Which girl is May?

BOY: Can you see my friend May, Dad?

MAN: May? Is she that girl? The one in the trousers?

BOY: No. And she isn’t wearing a dress today. She’s wearing her new T-shirt and skirt.

MAN: Oh! I can see her now.

WOMAN: Can you see the man? He’s got a helicopter in his hands.

BOY: Right! I can do that.

WOMAN: Great!

BOY: There’s an alien by the tree … It’s got a helicopter on its head!

WOMAN: Oh, yes!

BOY: Can I colour the helicopter on the alien’s head orange, please?

WOMAN: Yes, I love that colour.

BOY: So do I!

WOMAN: Now look at the painting.

BOY: Oh! There’s a helicopter in it.

WOMAN: Yes! Let’s colour the helicopter in the painting now.

BOY: OK. Can I colour it purple?

WOMAN: Yes! Thank you.
